OUR MISSION
The Hallmark Stone Commitment

Hallmark Stone was established to meet the need for natural stone countertops at a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe.  We are a wholesale fabricator that works with Kitchen and Bath shops, Builders, Home Centers, Remodelers, and other dealer accounts.  We have assembled a very experienced team of templaters, fabricators, and installers who will work hard to meet and exceed your expectations.

We will be extremely respectful of your customers.  We know it is a major inconvenience to remodel a kitchen.  Please let us know if your customer has special needs or concerns so we can partner with you to develop the right solution for each of your customers.

We will do our best to do it right the first time, however we will take whatever time is needed to get your job done right.  If it is not good enough to go in our home, it’s not good enough to go in your customer’s home.

We will not sell direct to your customers.  We are a wholesale fabricator and installer.  This means, unequivocally, we do not sell to the general public.  Our facility is open for your customers to see larger samples and view slabs.  In addition, your customers are welcome to
view completed jobs at our shop to get a better example of edges and seams.

We will respond quickly when you request a quote.  Quotes are returned within 24 hours.  If a quote or take-off is significantly complex, we will contact you to let you know that we will need a little more time.

We will keep you updated on the status of your job.  Lead times may vary due to fluctuations in demand and improvements in production efficiency.  At the time your job is ready to template and sinks and cooktops have been provided to Hallmark Stone, a fairly close estimate of the time required to fabricate and install can be provided.

ANNUAL REMNANT SALE

While Hallmark Stone usually only sells to the wholesale market, we’re opening our facility to the public for the sale.  Countertop remnants can be purchased at savings up to 50% off regular retail prices, while helping Annie’s Hope – The Bereavement Center for Kids, Carney’s Kids and other area charities.

Annie’s Hope provides support to children, teens and their families who are grieving the death of a loved one. Carney’s Kids is a group of not-for-profit organizations supported by KTRS radio personality John Carney, which includes Litzinger School, the Half the Sky Foundation, The St. Louis Crisis Nurserty, Delta Gamma Center and Special Needs Advocate for Parents program.

Proceeds will also be contributed to favorite charities of Hallmark Stone employees.

The installers you could tell loved their jobs. They explained everything and were eager to show the job after it was done. They went above and beyond their job – my angel on the front porch was broken and one of the crew members fixed the wing on it. He didn’t have to do it but he alerted me that my angel was broken otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed.
