Check to confirm you will make sure an authorized individual is on site to sign off on the templates, cabinets are cleared off, sink cabinet is empty, and sink, faucet and cooktop will be onsite prior to our arrival. You also acknowledge that all decisions made at template are final and that any changes after template will delay installation and may incur additional fees.

Hallmark Stone takes the utmost pride in both our products and our quality of work. Our goal is to ensure every construction project is completed according to the highest standards. For some projects, there will be additional trips needed after initial installation to ensure that your countertop meets these high standards. Delays in major construction projects are common and occur for many unforeseen circumstances. Hallmark Stone does not offer compensation for any delays or extra trips that may occur.
